Tony Khan Says Kylie Rae Asked For Her AEW Release

During the post-AEW All Out media scrum, Tony Khan confirmed that Kylie Rae asked for her release from AEW, and that they granted her the release. He described the split as “amicable.” He didn’t go into any more details. This follows news that Rae deleted her Twitter account a few weeks ago.

At last night’s AEW All Out PPV from the Sears Center in Chicago, Santana & Ortiz made an unadvertised appearance. The former Impact tag team champions attacked the Lucha Bros, Pentagon and Fenix. The Lucha Bros had just defeated the Young Bucks in a ladder match to retain the AAA tag team championships at the time.

According to a report form PW Insider, the pair won’t be going by the LAX name in AEW, however. The LAX name is owned by Impact Wrestling.

Women’s Casino Battle Royale participants reportedly not seeing eye to eye…

According to a report from Casey Michael of squared circle sirens, an altercation took place backstage at All Elite Wrestling’s All Out event this past Saturday night involving two members of the Buy-In Battle Royale.

Here’s what Casey Tweeted not too long ago: “Also, Sadie is a real one for swinging on Bea backstage last night. Put the title on her PLEASE.”

It’s unclear what might have caused the alleged scuffle, but fans on reddit have noted how both Bea Priestley and Sadie Gibbs were no selling each other’s offence during the Battle Royale.

Sadie has uploaded a clip to her Instagram page showing her best moments from the over the top rope bout. Included in the clip is the moment where the Brit was eliminated from the match by Priestley. Bea is seen completely no-selling an attempted Gorilla Press from Gibbs.

MORE ON BACKSTAGE FIGHT AT AEW ALL OUT

AEW All Out was a great night of pro wrestling, but there might be some real heat behind the scenes between two female stars.

We previously reported that there was an altercation between Sadie Gibbs and Bea Priestly after the Casino Battle Royale Match. Gibbs reportedly swung on Priestly and then the two had to be broken up.

Fightful Select reports that Matt Jackson had to step in and try to “smooth things over.” This was probably something he didn’t expect to deal with backstage.

Was watching the All Out and Jim Ross is horrible. AEW need to go ahead and replace him with Tony Schivone
Last PPV Jim Ross was in his bag, this one was nothing bad. I want a Tony Schiavone and Jim Ross 2 man team, cut the extras.

Viewership Prediction For AEW TNT Debut

In the same report, Dave Meltzer predicts that the first episode of AEW on TNT should pull in around 800,000 viewers. This is based partially on the numbers for TNT’s Countdown to All In show. That program was barely promoted and a pre-taped broadcast, drawing in less than 400,00 viewers.

I haven't enjoyed JRs commentary since the since the mid 90s... He became nothing but a catchphrase commentator
