Does one missed phone call count? What about the final destination? I only saw the first one. What can he more psychological than being killed by death itself?!? Im must now seeing get out. That flick was creepy as hell

I'd count Final Destination. Some (just some) of the other movies other people posted fall in suspense more than the horror element. I thought Gone Girl was one of the best movies ever (at least in my top 100), but I wouldn't classify that as horror.
 
Audition.




Rented it back when Netflix was a DVD service. Watched it with the wife. The last scene... Here's a couple of quotes about the flick:
