Try removing the X drive and putting the B drive in it’s place. Then turn off the computer for thirty seconds. Remove the battery for twelve seconds. Press the power button and hold it til the screen lights up blue. Soon as the word reboot flashes. Release the button. Unplug the router and WiFi and close the laptop. That might fix it.
