My brother was obsessed them, even the TMNT..
So one year my mom bought us both box turtles. He had this orange striped one and mine was this pretty caramel colored one, I loved that turtle. Literally took it everywhere...and that's how I lost it. :(

Best fucking pets ever...so loyal...

Kit was in love with me.....If any body picked her up, she would reach out to me....If I was sitting anywhere she would settle between my legs....

When I got up she'd follow me around the house....wait at the steps for me.....

That turtle really was way more attached to me than I've ever seen any other pet with their owners
