Easily... I would pull both parties into a conversation and suggest a mutually agreed upon restraining order. Both posters put each other on block and if either initiate interaction, they will be banned.

I have something similar set up and I must admit I've never felt more safe and secure.

Im not here to play babysitter. I will take your grievances into consideration but everyone is an adult here.
I will tell both parties to put each other on ignore and issue a warning to both. If someone acts up they getting a week ban and if it persists after that the offender is getting the big chop.
