If you lay hands on the owner, he gonna sue.

Blackmail might be your best bet. Free rent for 2 years. If not, put that shit online anonymously and take him to court.

I some problems with a landlord one of them being he kept coming in my apartment when I was gone. Another one being he tried to rip me off for someone else's rent but thats another story. Shit got hectic to a point I had to change the locks and then this mf had the nerve to knock out the lock on my front door. I was hott and made a call to someone who could make certain things occur, he was fine to do it but suggested the satisfaction might not be worth the potential headache and I should try beating him at his own game and just take some stuff out the crib and report a break in and stolen items to the police.

That backfired cause there were too many different sets of finger prints in my crib (i was having hella parties and pre drinks) so in their eyes anyone could have done it.

The same homie had an apartment I could stay at so he told me to just get out of there and stay at his spot for a few months till I was up. Before I left I fucked up all the appliances. Straight irreparable damage.

Landlord took me to court for the appliances and he had me beat... except he didn't have my government name on the lease he had the name on my caller id from a ghost line. It had my real first name but the wrong last name so the tenant court judge had to let me off the hook. Lol.

Fuck that nigga for life tho.

Well, he is the landlord.........which makes him the actual homeowner, so...............


Maybe he was just marking his territory and establishing dominance.

Literally charge it to the game. I’m bout to be rent free for a few years. They not just gonna have bro fuck an old chick in some black forces at my home, on my couch, and think there won’t be some huge compensation. I don’t often go full hood nigga anymore. But some shit like that, they got the right one.
