Alright, court's back in session.
Chitown is indeed guilty of conspiracy. @Chi-town B while you say "I didn't rob her", it's still conspiracy. You can send someone to kill somebody else, just cuz YOU didn't do it, you will still go to prison due to conspiracy.
However, @Sion just admitted to entrapment.
"We sent money to Bride because there was a pact between you two that she couldn't be robbed and she couldn't rob you. That was the whole point. That's why we never asked Goldie to give her a badge when the money was transferred." - Sion
So Sion had knowledge of the "pact" and purposely sent money to Bride in the middle of their money war, to secure their prosecution.
So it's either @Whispering Eye knew of Sion's plot or Sion used her to pull strings.

i know this for certain, because that was my first play.....
i took it to the table and said that he should face charges for robbing her....
it was then that you realized that a ruling had to be made and that himn robbing her was off limits......
so for chi-town to conspire to have her robbed AGAIN after he was told SPECIFICALLY NOT TO to is not entrapment........ it was just him trying to find another ends to his means.....

now if one of his friends chose to rob her on his own... then there's no foul... but since it was done on his command even after told not to even mention her,

You just said you had knowledge of Bride's pact with Chitown and "that's why we sent her the money", due to their pact.
You knew you just robbed him and many other people and you knew he would see where u sent the stolen money and he would want it back. So you used Bride. It's either he'll send someone to get his money back or he'll break the pact and get banned. It was a win - win for you.

Did you read what sion wrote? He said the reason he sent her the money he stole from chitown was because of their pact. That is entrapment 101.
i sent bride money first, that was robbed... after that it was stated that he couldn't rob her no more which should have made her safe to give money on a later occasion... sion gave her money at a later day... after the initial robbery by chi-town.....
what i did was considered entrapment.....i tried to get him caught up, but you didn't let it fly and set ocurt a ruling... he ignored you ruling by using maywood to carry out his wishes.....

sion sent her money because after i failed at trying to get him caught up, it was communicated that her account was now safe.. which is why she never asked for a robber badge as she earlier stated.....
As in he knew Chi wouldn't touch it if it was in that account. He wasn't coerced to send his sucka to hit that account

In the Order Of Protection all that was stated was I couldn't talk to her and I never did and then it was brought to my attention that she couldn't be robbed by me which she wasn't. I followed the rules.

onec your judgement on my shady shit was made.......it was clear that whispering receiving any money from that point on should not have been attempted on by chi-town in any way.....
