Like, it play that game to see if you’re gonna keep it a buck or if you are just trying to do what you think you’re supposed to do. Algorithms play on that same type of stuff, that’s why you will get a bunch of stuff that you believe you don’t want

You know that I found that sometimes, jobs want people with moral ambiguity. So some of the tests are designed to figure out how you feel and then what you lied about how you feel. In hopes that you have the moral flexibility to do the job. Like being an insurance adjuster. Having a good more compass as reflected by the test would get you disqualified. So you can’t really fail or pass or cheat a personality test, unless you were sure of what personality they wanted for your position
 
These apple cider donut flavored cashews got me in a choke hold. I probably go to the grocery store twice a week. Maybe 3 times. At least twice, I will pick up a can. I'm not eating them that fast. Just stocking them up cause they are only out for a limited time. Probably spent at least $70 in the past 3-4 weeks on these in total.

I applied to work at Carmax in college. Test kept saying everyone makes mistakes so be honest or some shit like that. So my ass did just that. Admitted to taking pencils from work, admitted to trying weed, etc.

Needless to say, I didn’t get the job, lol. But I learned a very valuable lesson that day. Never be honest on any job application test.

My boy applied and was hired that same day and he clowned the fuck out of me for being honest, lol.
