After years of knocking down pre workout to workout..
Eating a light meal and knocking down 20 ounces of water, letting it sit for 30 minutes and knocking down another 20
Shit not only triggers a workout high much sooner, you sweat like you’re trying out for a football team in the summer.
And the best thing is the after effect from the work out feels cleaner , its a relaxing high and not that adrenaline high
