Yall know how in life, you’ve met people that created for the lack of a better term, a cannon moment in your life.

Where, it’s the past and you haven’t seen the person in forever, but interacting with them was significant enough for their memory to be etched in your mind.

But when you really consider it, they’ve probably already forgotten you even existed, cause what’s important to you is often times only that important to you.

Yall ever think if you’re that person to somebody? You made a significant mark on their lives to the point, out of the blue sometimes they think of you, or you’re that person in their childhood stories.

And you don’t even remember them at all.
 
I had a small moment like that, I was working downtown one day and this guy that I never saw before said my name, I said how you know my name, then i remembered it’s on my work shirt, and I said duh.

He said, no nigga I know you, I remember all my homeboys from middle school. I had no idea who this nigga was
 
Another something like that was when i was in 5th grade, one of our friends was in middle school and he came over to my yard one day and showed us a crack pipe and asked if we knew what it was.

Now my first part of my life was in the Bronx and i remember be so scared of crack and being a crackhead that i used to hold my breath as i ran up the stairs when i got home to our apartment cause i thought smelling it made you a crack head.

So I know what crack pipe is, but i think he thought cause we was younger he could influence us to smoke wit him. I told him nah that’s crack and we ain’t messing wit that.

Flash foward im in highschool now and i see this nigga. He look at me like he don’t know who I am but he feel like he know me.
