I've seen white boys with their feet hanging out the window. That seems more obviously stupid to me. lol

Cops might test you after a defensive shooting if something seems off about you. If you get pulled over and have a valid concealed carry permit but you just left a dispensary after having legally bought weed and got your gun on you. Or, if you live in a state with medical weed but not recreational and you have a weed card and there's an incident where you have to use it (i.e. home invasion, gas station robbery, etc) or you just got pulled over and got the weed and your gun on you. Anything like that is a federal crime, like the woman who's 6 year old stole her gun and blammed up his teacher. She caught 21 months of fed time for lying on her background check by saying she wasn't a recreational drug user. Apparently she had weed on her as well as the gun at some point in the investigation so she caught a case.

Ahhh ok got ya weed not legal in tn. I feel like if it's a home invasion you should be good to go. High or not but anything out in public yea you could get charged. Even then if it's a threat and you take out just that threat they'll attack charges on you but a good lawyer should get you off

That's the thing: Even if weed is legal on any level in your state it's still illegal as far as the federal government is concerned. Federal law prohibits anyone that's a recreational drug user from legally buying or possessing a firearm of any type so even in a home invasion, if the cops smell weed or find it in your system and you fought back with a gun you open yourself up to a fed case.
