Depending how much we hangout and talk, about 3 months if I want to be in a relationship. Over a year but less than 2 if I want to ask her for marriage. 2 years is a good time though.
A man should know within a few months to a year or so. But that also depends on how much time they have spent together. But for man to know and not make steps towards marriage within the 2nd or 3rd year shows . That a man is selfish and holding the woman from her life.
I'm not gonna say that some men don't know but I do think a lot of it is just people be smitten and think they be wanting to marry these people after only knowing them for a few months
But like @devlyn said, between 2-3 years, you should definitely know
I think that's enough time to stress test some critical parts of the relationship
