A lot of Drake songs from the last decade has aged well

I think having someone like 40 to engineer all his work has helped a lot of it stay fresh sonically. Plus you gotta consider Drake popularized the rapping/singing sound on another level.

I’ll give Drake his flowers as far as his success the last decade. I still stand by the fact that he hasn’t had a good album since Take Care.... but for the most part he knows how to generate a good hit single.

Also, Drake fans don't care about any of the things that usually end a rappers career at the top. No one cares he has writers, or lost a rap beef or releases trash single after trash single, not havin' a classic, singin' for half his albums etc

That's saying a lot considering you had LL, Ja, and 50 on the high end plus toss in Pharrell, Lauryn Hill, Cee Lo, 3Stacks, and Phonte
