There's been plenty tall people who haven't been defensive or rebounding powerhouses. Hell one thing about Shaq wad as dominant as he was he never once averaged double digit rebounds. Defense is a skill it's not being tall.

Dieng is a restricted free agent and even if he wasn't he shouldn't stop a team from drafting anyone.
