Im saying I don't know the actual rule as its defined that makes doing that illegal. I didn't know you couldn't make that kind of agreement. I thought something like that would be fair play as long as you're not doing something like kawhi did. And I wasn't aware of what exactly happened in the Joe Smith case in 2000 I was 14-15 years old nigga. All I knew was that the wolves lost mad picks and his deal got voided. I just had to look it up.

You're wilfully ignoring that Precious Achiuwa is good and Gary Trent Jr sucks

Precious played 73 games for Sacramento and started 57 while literally having the best year of his career and was helping them....Trent how the worst year of his career and was out of the rotation most of the year for Milwaukee

How is this circumvention(Precious)? vs how is this not circumvention(GTJ)?

I already said early on that they probably wont be able to find the smoking gun that ties everything together

But thats not how it works when it comes to an investigation.....there has to be something that raises red flags that need to be investigated lol

Multiple things about GTJs scream cap circumvention

Nothing about Achiuwas contract looks like circumvention, red flags or warrants an investigation so its no reason bringing it up

what about GTJ’s contract screams circumvention?

Him getting paid more than in previous years despite his production going down?
