About 10/11 years ago I went to the 1st dentist for the first time in a long ass time. I had some food stuck in between my teeth and my gums were swelling up. First dentist was a pretty Asian lady.
I got my teeth cleaned and had to get some fillings because of small cavities. She said I will have to get a root canal one day. This was all around October.
From October to March I find out I need to get my wisdom teeth extracted because I can’t get the root canal. So I get cleanings, other fillings, and scheduled an appointment for my teeth extractions.
This was at the end of February / start of March. I told the 2nd dentist, just do all 4 at once, I don’t want to do multiple appointments. So in March I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. 3 of them he had to do break them out because they were not coming out correctly. They were horizontal instead of vertical. The 4th one he just pulled it out. He gave me 12 shots to make sure I was numb (yes I counted). That was a big bucket he had those huge needles in. The bucket was like something kids would put sand in to make a sand castle. The 2nd dentist sounded like a surfer dude.
The dentist that did my fillings said you don’t need one yet but you will some years later, and it happened. After all of that I didn’t need the root canal, but 4/5 years later I had to get one.
That dentist that did my root canal moves to fast and frantic, like he is on Red Bull all damn day. Felt like I was in the barbershop when I got the root canal.
