If you are really from Canada do they have Democrats and Republicans or some other parties?

I know you guys use President and not Prime Minister, or am I wrong?

How long does your Canadian president last, is it 8 years like in the USA?

We have liberals (center left wing leaning) conservatives (right wing) new democratic party (left wing) bloc quebecois (center left wing leaning) united conservative party (right wing).

We don't have a president anything. We have premiers of provinces and a prime minister of Canada.

There is no term limit. As long as you have the confidence of the house and people you can stay on till you die. They typically stay around for 8-10 years.

And my dumbass was so confident in saying President of Canada instead of Prime Minister

As I typed Prime Minister would pop up more, that hint I avoided

Liberals
Conservatives
New Democratic Party
Bloc Québécois
United Conservative Party

Are there a main two or are these five always talked about?

I do sometimes want to know other people politically ways because America’s is FUCKING annoying and repetitive

Liberals and conservatives are the main 2 parties right now but all the parties mentioned hold weight and are relevant and there are independents beyond them. Its not a 2 party system like you guys have.
