The worst part about being depressed as a male is that no one cares.

The world really doesn't. I went on meds back when I was and it helped. I was never suicidal but just didn't care all the time. I think I got on prozac and it helped back then. Didn't need to be on them long either. I think it was just a year. Just getting out and doing literally anything helps too
