I was driving down the highway with my windows down, and an 18 wheeler tire blew out right next to my car.... Shit scared the black outta of me. I thought it was over

No. Cuz it's bullshit. And I'm already getting fucked over.. At this point I don't even want the job anymore. Only thing keeping me from walking out the door right now is I'm a responsible person.

And they know it. No one would blame me for walking out right now. Even if it was just for the rest of the day.

Not at all.

They asked me to put vacation in back in December when I first got hired. I paid to go out of town for this week in August.

Ain't no cancelling shit. They just gonna have to figure it out. This is on them, not me. They planned poorly. Not me.
 
Basically my company lost the contract with the customer. And we have to remove our equipment. And they planned it for a week I planned to go out of town 9 months ago. And there's nobody to sign off on the leaving equipment.

I was like, just have the shit ready for me to sign when I get back. But y'all planned this badly. Either delay the move, or put the paper work aside. But I'm going on my vacation. And I'm not answering my phone. Fuck them.

Dude I was working for tried that shit even tho I texted him giving him 3 months notice. He in the texts talking about "nobody tells me when they're taking time off if they want a job here"

I was like "let me make that easier for both of us I quit" He’s like "seriously? You're putting me in a bind, I don't have someone to replace you right now"
I was like "exactly, but you talking to me crazy. Good luck with that"

Lmaaooo.

I ran into the general manager 8 months or so later and he was like "where tf you been?" So I explained what happened and even showed him the texts. He was like "fuck all that come back". I was mad petty about it. Told him I needed a raise, dude to ask me to come back directly and I was taking that exact same time off the upcoming summer. He said done, done and done. I quit again about a year or so after that to open a afterhours.

I'm highly pissed at my employer and my previous employer. The only person relatively on my good side are the direct people I work with from the client, and it would put them in a bad spot if I went home. So I'm literally here for them, and they all like... Bro I wouldn't even blame you if you went home.
