I don't think AP's off field issues are going to prevent him. If you objectively look at his stats overall throughout his career... it was really only half of his career where he was elite

Brooks and Jenkins are eligible already? Time has flown by. Brooks won't get in but he also retired early for mental reasons. Jenkins was a great leader on defense but I don't think that attributes to HoF. Good to see some Birds in the list though
