Because he doesn't want him to succeed lol he doesn't want him on his team anyway so he's hoping shedeur plays like shit so he can get cut and if shedeur keeps playing great he has a shot to be qb1 in Cleveland which the owner doesn't want

Bro. He's the OWNER. Fuck the GM and coaches. If he doesn't want him there, he can cut him right now. Why give money to someone you don't want on your team? Just easily say, we like our QB room, we're going in another direction. Betcha now that the collusion shit is over, teams would snatch him up quick.
 
Not that it really matters overall but owner gonna look like an idiot if he continues to do well. What really bothered me is when he came out and said Sheduar wasn’t his choice.. completely unnecessary.. didn’t even need to say any of that but I guess he wanted to let it be known if it didn’t end up working out. If anything he should be more ashamed of that Watson trade/contract then Sheduar 😩.

That would be stupid to cut him now and it would make himself look bad as a owner he wants shedeur to look bad on the field to give him a reason to cut him lol this is not rocket science bruh

according to everybody he already looks bad as an owner so what difference would it make? Best thing to do if you don't want him and you are worried about the backlash of cutting him is get his trade value up and flip that 5th round pick to a higher pick. WTF
 
When it's all said and done, this proves why owners should shut the fuck up and cut the checks and let the front office people do the rest.

He ain't gonna make himself look worse over a drafted qb he didn't want....they're not gonna trade him if he's the future qb that makes no sense lol
