Also there are owners that give the keys to the GM. That's actually what you want. Teams with owners that meddle too much usually aren't successful

The problem is Scary Terry is now 30, while most of those dudes are 25-27.

He wants $30M/season.

I don't think DC giving him that, but Josh Harris will be HATED in the Urea if they let that guy go.

Naw, Terry justified for wanting a new deal. Dudes like DK getting paid. Tyreek Hill and Mike Evans both got 30 million deals this past year and they are both in their 30s.

Considering the fact that Terry had to put up with shitty QBs and a shit franchise as a whole.. and still be productive… he deserves a new contract and to get paid. There isn’t a lot of great talent behind Terry at wideout to justify just getting rid of him.

Terry has no leverage

He can either take the 26-28 per deal on the table or play this 30 year old season. Then get tagged twice if he still playing at a high level at 31 and 32. Then be a free agent at 33.


It’s one of the downside of the dudes that be in college for mad long. When you a 24 year old rookie this kinda what happens when your draft peers getting big money when they still have more youth on their side.
