I’m actually not that tore up about it

Between each of your starters outside of whoever plays PF, this was the least important one to get hurt

I can see it both ways

It opens up a lot of opportunity and gives more responsibility to Amen and Reed which ideally is supposed to be our backcourt of the future.....Kind of sink or swim for Reed

Plenty of time to evaluate and adjust accordingly

The down side is this team was a complete cluster fuck offensively when Fred was out.....no cohesion and looking lost on every possession

Also I think he’s one of those guys thats really looked at as a leader and to be the steady hand so just not having the intangibles that he brings will be missed

It's crazy just like that no Fred or Dillon on the squad for this season

Yeah but hey atleast this happened with KD there and not Jalen green lol

Yeah the intangibles and not having them is gonna hurt

Wanna trade for Kyle Lowry in January?

This is why I wasnt ready to trade Cam Whitmore either

The opportunities were going to be there if he could've just stayed patient

If this was last year when my anti rockets sentiment was on 10 id be happy rn but I don't want this for my dog KD.

Still hope Reed Sheppard fails miserably cause of that shit you said about big gradey last year tho @southsil4lil Ijs.

Time for X factor Reed Sheppard

Hot take this might not be so bad overall

Amen
Sheppard
KD
DFS
Sengun

Amen has even more of the keys to the offense and this forces Reed to grow into a role quickly and maybe give his career the jumpstart it needed

Rockets lose veteran poise and leadership though

Im kind of thinking it might be easier to just keep Reed in the back up position and start something like this

Amen
Tari
Jabari
KD
Sengun

Otherwise you start Amen and Reed together and then try to stagger them but that still leaves Aaron Holiday as the only other guard on the roster

Either way Amen, KD and Sengun going to have lot on their plate as far as initiating the offense and playmaking
