I think they are most likely guilty also.

I don’t think they should make him sell the team though. That’s extreme. They should take some of those draft picks, fine, and suspend Kawhi, and fine suspend Balmer

Then a drop off and

Butler (in Miami atleast)
Harden
Giddey

Etc

Debating if I wanna add Cade, Brunson, and someone else I just forgot but you know what I’m saying

Giddey is on a lower tier but that’s still his archetype

He didn’t even enter his prime yet though so give him 2-3 more seasons to see peak slob wizard

Jokic, Harden, Trae Young, Haliburton, Luka...would even put Brunson in this

Those are the players that I consider legit offensive engines

Like it doesnt matter who else is on the court, you can put them on the court and they will be the system and drive a successful offense......these guys put fear in opposing defenses

Its more to it than just being a good passer and playmaker which I think Giddey is

No I know you’re going to say the offensive creation is the separator but that’s why I mentioned Giddey not being in his prime yet

That’s the part that’s missing that can still be added but I’m saying the mold is there for Giddey I’m projecting down the line a bit but that’s his archetype

The fine for circumventing the salary cap is $4.5 mil. No real amount of money they could fine balmer will bother him. He has enough money to buy every team in the league and still be up billions. Imo it should be

Fine
Kawhi contract voided w no return clause
Cap hold on the remaining years of contract
Draft picks
Kawhi suspension for season
Uncle Dennis banned from league

But really I think it will end up being a fine for balmer, draft picks and maybe a kawhi and balmer suspension.
