I think this season the league is gonna have lower viewership than they’ve had in a while. It will most likely get better in the seasons to follow, but all these partners are gonna make it more difficult for casuals to watch or want to seek out games

People like the few of us in this thread will find a way to watch the games regardless, but the causal fans is what the league needs.

These networks/streaming platforms are gonna regret this deal. But the league and the players are definitely loving that money they got from them. Lmao.

Not gonna lie man, but when you have 11 pm games on weekday, even I check out. I got to be up for work the next day and all that.

And the fucked up thing is, when I start missing all the westcoast games, it's the fastest way to check out on a season, not just that game.

I think CBS is counting on the fact that westcoast viewership will be enough.

They free to experiment around and see how it works for them, but the shit already has me mad. 10:30 games are bad enough but I could atleast convince myself to watch the first half. But if the shit starts at 11? I'm out after the first game.

I keep talking about Willie Green being the first coach fired but that could also be Brian Chief Keefe.....even for a tanking/rebuilding league hes been one of of the most uninspiring and unimpressive coaches Ive seen.


If hes doesnt show something this season I wouldn't hesitate to move on at all if I was Washington

I believe you can still spot good coaching or the potential even if the talent is subpar

If they want him to command the tank another year thats fine...just hope it doesn't sacrifice too much player development keeping him around one more season like Stephen Silas


Washington could potentially be a very intriguing job next summer....maybe go get Micah Nori from Minnesota

I’m going to closely monitor Washington because they doing anything right now

Well I know what they’re doing as far as young talent (grabbing as many young prospects as possible to see who rises to the top) but it’s hard to do with so much competition and overlap with players at the same position and having vets on the team

If anything despite being one of the few wings on the team and someone who can actually shoot, Kispert doesn’t exactly fit with this roster being the age he is

He’s not younger than 25 and he’s not older than 30

I’m a season away from them needing to trade Sarr

If they do some more bullshit like having him play with AJ and Tre Johnson and like Keshawn George I’m demanding a trade for him
