I lean on feeling Indifferent about scoot

I appreciate he’s a G league ignite alum but I hate the hype he had attached to him

Since I saw how he played during all star weekend before he was drafted I lean on not rooting for scoot just so I can be right lol

I just think he has such an uphill battle to become the best or even 2nd best player on that team the next few years

They're hitting the gas when they should be trying to develop and add high upside young talent still

Now they're putting unnecessary pressure on themselves and players to compete for a playoff spot when really they're a year or 2 away from that

Like Friday should be magic/pistons instead of Knicks/celtics

Swap out Thunder/pacers for

Grizzlies/Sixers

Swap out Nuggets/warriors for nuggets/clippers

Having the pacers and Celtics playing prime time opening week knowing they won't have their best players is some goofy shit. Doing that after dealing with the viewership narrative last season is bad ball.
