Wait vucevic is an expiring contract now…

That’s not bad

lol they can’t even move him though

Yeah just waive and stretch for 4 years

Then he can backup Kel’el ware and play on the heat for 2 seasons until he hangs it up

Speaking of poverty and unserious franchises... Apparently Dwayne Casey has done 3 formal interviews for the raptors president job and is the leading candidate followed by Kevin Pritchard, Bobby Webster and Marc eversley. Apparently they interviewed McNair too.

Outside of Webster or Pritchard that list is absolute fucking trash. All because our owner is a hater. Smmfh.

Yeah, he signed the extension in 2023.

It’s only 21 million. I’m kinda surprised they can’t get off that deal.

You hyped up Sandro going to the raptors
I posted the shams tweet. Go ahead and post where I "hyped up" that signing.

Were talking about you being mad something actually happened vs fantasizing about something that isn't going to happen. Lol at you doing this everytime a team is ready to get rid of someone only for it to never happen. Must be tough.

lol idc about this bro

I talked about this a little before but I wish Detroit was a little more aggressive trying to get better

Swapping out Hardaway and Beasley for Duncan Robinson and Levert doesn't really move the needle at all....now granted they are getting Jaden Ivey back which if how he was playing before he got hurt is real is a big addition....and you get a full of season for Ausar Thompson

I still dont see how tbey build off last year success with this group because a first round exit is still on the horizon.

Obviously Cade is legit but who is going to be the number 2 guy with him? Its going to have to come via trade at some point imo

The organic growth should be enough. They're banking on their young core getting better and thats a good bet.

That sounds good but with this new CBA its hard to just say you're going to slow play it...things get expensive quick

I like Holland, Thompson and Im probably a little high on higher on Ivey than most...you have to pay Jalen Duren or decide what you're going to do with him.

I agree though, this year should just be focused on internal growth and having one more season of data of some of these guys but I think on the low they have the assets to get better and make a trade if a real opportunity presents itself at the deadline or next summer
