I seen this yesterday.

I’m kinda surprised he didn’t take the job with the Greek team. He would’ve gotten paid more and had a bigger role.

I understand that he most likely wants to play in the NBA and he definitely has more insight than myself on the odds of cracking our roster, but on the outside looking in he is young enough to ball out in Europe and get more looks from NBA teams in a more competitive league than the G league.

I’m happy for us and I hope he is able to get one of those last roster spots after training camp

Good read

Just finally got a chance to read this.

The Knicks' biggest blunder being signing Fournier isn't even a big deal since he's gone now and it's not hurting us. Which is fair since this was #28 on the list.

With that said though, I hope this isn't replaced with the 2024 acquisitions of KAT and Mikail. This isn't to say Randle was better than KAT, he's not. Its also not to say KAT isn't great, he is. And Mikail isn't a bad player either and had series winning moments last playoffs.

Im only saying that I hope we don't look back in 2 years and say the Knicks could have won a chip if they would have turned 7 picks, Randle, Divo, Bogdanovich and whoever else involved in those trades to better pieces than KAT and Bridges.

The Knicks will continue being contenders and making the 2nd round minimum the next handful of years barring injury, so this wont come back to hurt the team enough to be put on a similar list. But there is potential when we do a deep dive to say we could have got so and so player when they became available in 2025 or 2026 had we just remained patient.

Knicks can prove me wrong by making the finals this year though with the same core that made the conference finals and a much deeper bench.

Atleast with summer league and signing the two way he enters the NBA ecosystem so more execs can stay abreast

So I get it

What’s the Atlanta Hawks Mount Rushmore? I’m about to start up a new series. If participation is tepid I’ll scrap it.

So don’t trade picks, Jarrett Allen and role players for one of the best players in the league and take a swing at a ring? Things just didn’t work out (of course)
My issue isn’t the trade itself it’s the trade and then harden not even sticking around long enough to reap any benefits
