Embiid is not soft.
Embiid is not weak.

Embiid is unlucky and prone to injury.

Not placing blame on him or the franchise.

It didn't work out. Plain and simple.

Double, triple, shit you can even quadruple down. If he ain't healthy when it matters, it doesn't matter.

Stories like these start popping up when players are maneuvering to get out. Might as well pull the trigger asap. You won't get equal value back anyway.

I can see Biid getting a ring ala Bill Walton on the '86 Celtics in a few years. Elite role player.
 
The Embiid article was a good read but shit was so one sided, it's hard to take serious. Not that the shit didn't happen, but it clearly left out a lot for some agenda.

I say that as a person who never thought Embiid was soft btw.

He is a clown for sure, but he chooses to be. He clearly doesn't know how to eat or take care of his body. And the shit about him being late and not taking meetings serious and shit, I believe that.

He also has a ton of heart, always plays through pain, and gives 100% on the court, especially in the playoffs. Also one of the best, most complete players the league has ever seen.

That article was 75% a bunch of nothing

He’s not soft though and fans were unfair to him by calling him that

Philly also doesn’t deserve him but at the same time Philly has been pretty lenient with the lack of success Embiid has given them by blaming everything outside of him

Seems paradoxical but it’s like both are true

It was telling when early in the article Embiid said

"I care about how I'm going to be remembered when it comes to basketball“

Thinking like that goes into him playing in the Olympics instead of making sure he was healthy
 
Portland can't let go of the past, should be trying to establish a new era of Blazers basketball and let Scoot and Shaedon Sharpe shine but instead Dame going to be the biggest story the next 2 years

Might as well sign Nurkic and Jaleel when they get bought out and completely restore the feeling

I don't think so. He's an incredible fit. Pick might be a bit much but its lottery protected if that helps lol.

We know what we want. I don't think this is true tho. Why would Boston decline that to just turn around and shop simons? Doesn't add up.
