Ehhhhh its definitely teams Stewart can start for....he's very good defensively

Do you think Lamelo has positive value around the league? Like I understand if you just don't like the deal and would rather keep him...but to turn your nose up at that like Lamelo is going to net some type of haul or better positive package thats not the case.....he will have to play well and show he can stay healthy before that happens

If trading Lamelo led to a culture/franchise reset and more grown ups on the team I’m trading him every time

Lamelo for Clayface who takes pressure off miller, Stewart who brings toughness and defense and is young and Jaden Ivey who has the upside to be your star PG ain’t too shabby to me

Let’s look at the alternative…keeping a guy who can’t play 60 games consistently and isn’t a good leader while making like 40+ mil

I don’t think sending Lamelo to Sacramento is disrespectful

He still plays with Murray, Clifford, raynaud, Ellis, Sabonis and can light the beam out there while proving highlights in a new refreshing environment with possibly a better coaching environment than he’s had every year outside of last year

Regardless of where I think lamelo value is I don't think there's a front office that takes that haul back for lamelo besides Joe dumars and Troy weaver.
 
Why won't an OG pull Kuminga aside and level with him?

He's a plus athlete even amongst other NBA players. On the other end of the spectrum he has a below-average basketball iq and is a limited processor.

In the 4 categories of basketball he is a bad playmaker, a bad rebounder (especially compared to his size, position, and athletic ability), a good on-ball defender and bad off-ball/team defender, and a good down-hill scorer who can't shoot.

Where is he getting his advice from? Grab a rebound and talk. Become an all-around defender and talk. But being an inefficient one-dimensional scorer ain't gonna cut it.

Im saying if the Hornets front office has decided they are out on the Lamelo Ball business and want to move on....if that deal was an option I dont think you would do much better than that

Personally, I would try to rehabilitate his value and hope he can stay healthy and try to fleece a team but moving that contract is not going to be easy in any scenario whether he has positive value or not
