Its over for the Kings as long as Sabonis is their starting center


Miami I could actually see....almost a better version of the Grizz and in a weaker conference

Kd gotta do more than show up. The unfortunate fvv injury changed the situation, he has to lead as the definitive guy. Core is full of young niggas he can't be on some part of the clique shit. Can't just carry the scoring load. He has to be the soul of the group. Respectfully.

Many years from now people are going to look back at the next few years and marvel that the Wizards had George, Johnson and Riley on the same team, just like they did Russ, Harden and KD for OKC.

I am not even counting Sarr or AJ Johnson, as I am more unsure about them.

Make no mistake, this is the core of what could be a championship team. If the Wizards don't mess it up.
 
All these rookies balling really casts a shadow over the Hornets' decision to pick Kon Knueppel at #3. I expect him to have a solid career, but all these other dudes have way higher ceilings. They're going to make them look stupid.

Unfortunately thats not really in him imo....like KD is there to get buckets, he's never really been then guy to rally the troops. He did everything he could possibly do tonight

Dillon and Fred were the heart and soul of this team the past two seasons....not really having anyone to fulfill that role is going to hurt

KD 37 years old....its really on Alperen, Tari, Amen and Jabari to be consistent in the sense of consistent production. The leadership and having a calming presence on the court is needed though

Agree with everything you said. I think at this stage of his career and considering the circumstances it would be dope to see him step up to the plate and take that role even tho it's not his body. His last couple stops in bkn and phx have been shit I would like to see him win again and really cement his legacy even if its as a musty rocket.
