I heard that a lot at the time of the trade.....Cam Johnson a better fit, a better connector, a better passer, can give you what Porter Jr was giving you for cheaper, its not a downgrade ect

Yeah that’s a bit wild

It does offer the nuggets more depth though

So for me I would say cam plus brown could be slightly better than MPJ

But it’s one game he’ll be better

I think he can win 6th man once they stop having him start

Its been one game. He's all of those things but mainly he's good at 2 things they need him to do that mpj was reluctant to do which is be a spot up shooter and a better defender.

Its been one game. He's all of those things but mainly he's good at 2 things they need him to do that mpj was reluctant to do which is be a spot up shooter and a better defender.

I can get with him being a better passer and connector but thats about it

I definitely disagree about him being a better defender....he never defended or rebounded at the level Porter Jr did during the Nuggets Championship run

Hes also older and probably even more injury prone
