I used to get frustrated at my brother when he would say this but then I realized what he meant.

I think the first thing they have to do is commit to the decision. Figuring out the moves, trades, etc is going to take time as you alluded to but they can't get to that point until they commit to the decision.

The pelicans half ass doing it now. We'll see if that bold strategy is going to pay off. It probably won't though

Its other things. The people making decisions have to answer for them even sometimes request to make those decisions to someone who often doesn't have a clue. Its a mix of owners only thinking about the bottom line and mfs just trying to stay employed as long as possible. Its the human aspect people are missing when they say teams should blow it up. Easy to say harder to do. Alot of things have to align.

Im rooting for Mose and I believe in him but if he comes up short/disappoints this season it might be Taylor Jenkins time
