How the hell did Eric Spolstra become coach of team USA he hasn't even been able to coach his team to a legit spot in the playoffs 5 years in a row. Shit the only time he's won is with Lebron at his absolute prime

I will give Spolstra some credit for making two non LeBron finals appearances with Jimmy when no one else thought they had a shot. With that said tho this era of the Heat can gracefully bow out.
