Saquan to Philly feel unnecessary. Was DeAndre Swift really the problem last year? I'm sure Philly fans can point to other positions that need help

Russ to Pittsburgh is a perfect match for both because both were in a position of "what we gonna do now?" There was no way Pittsburgh could sustain the average level that they're at on with just will and coaching, they need players. But is Russ washed?
