If I had to guess I think he somebody John Mara (owner) thinking he was going to be like Eli since he trained under the same qb coach. Shane and Daboll just working with what they have.

1-2 years in a NFL weight room will fix that since he already has the frame to put on weight.

Most folks agree he is one of, if not the best cover CBs in this draft.
