I will however get one of those big ass power banks.
The people I know with generators (and I know quite a few) were still complaining just like the ones who don’t.
My neighbors got them expensive ass generators though. I bet they was living it up. Whole house was LIT.

I’m sorry, but I plan on leaving if they have one more storm leading to an aftermath exposing how bad they been lacking as a city on the important stuff.
It’s crazy because that wasn’t even a really bad storm compared to others

Right. The city had just got exposed by puny wind storm a few weeks prior. And here it is now Day five and 800k + without power in the surrounding areas for a CAT 1 storm that was on everyone radar since the beginning of the month.

I drove in that rain when it was happening
I was near Teterboro airport and I couldn’t even see the lines on the road and it was bad because that area is a flood zone
The water was pretty deep in some spots it was scary
