Do you think Malik Beasley could’ve averaged 18ppg for the pacers in the 90s?
nope. LMAO

well, maybe he could. Not as efficiently or with a winning squad though.

Some of those teams Reggie was on were mediocre, but with Beasley they would've been even worse. Reggie also barely missed games which is an underrated thing about him.

When you typed this I started looking at a lot of his stats and stuff. Back then it was difficult as hell to make All NBA or All Star teams in the East. Rodman only won defensive player of the year twice and Pippen never won that shit. Some of Pippen's defensive stats were insane! One season (95-96) he averaged almost 3 steals and a block per game. 94-95 season he averaged 2.9 steals and 0.8 blocks per game. He came close to winning defensive player of the year those 2 seasons though.

Easy to steal the ball when everybody clumped together, 60% of the league can’t dribble, and big men had the ball too much

I agree that it was a bit easier to steal the ball with the bad spacing and inside out type basketball, but it's crazy to gloss over those numbers. that shit is impressive.

I understand that you like to shit on the past and pretend you're still in your 20's, so it's all good. LMAO

Yall talking about Reggie Miller again?

LOL-MC-D-S-4.gif

Jimmy Butler good.

A second option that was forced to play first option due to the rosters.

Regular season- Nothing that jumps out at you except some great games here and there sprinkled with some clutch shots once in a while.

Playoffs- Took it to another level. Basically, where the resume is highlighted.
What else you got?

You got some nerve talking about the hall being watered down but defended the grizzlies retiring Tony allen
What are we doing here? that isn't the hall of fame.... LMAO

But you know this as well as I do.

The team felt the man was important to their organization and they retired his number. It is what it is. Like many have said before about this subject. You're the wrong person to bring up this subject due to (your new favorite word) the GLAZING your organization does to a man who never played for them..

Talking about standards for the hall but you don’t uphold standards for Jersey retirements

And I’m not talking about MICHEAL JORDAN again lol

That's a team thing. not a league thing. The team felt he accomplished a lot for them.

Is it sad that his accomplishments are impressive for that franchise? Maybe so........

Not every team is the Lakers or Celtics. Shit, I don't remember you complaining when Michael Cooper (that isn't a great comparison because he did win DPOY once) was inducted (if you were I apologize) into the hall of fame.... LMAO.

edit.

Hall of fame is for the best of the best in the league. Not a specific franchise. they are 2 totally different things with different standards. Once again, you know this though.
