Imo, slow and steady rebuild. Trading everything to put a team of Giannis and Bam together does nothing for the Heat.

Well I don’t think KD has a strong trade market as it is

If anything the Heat getting their doors blown off hurts his trade market a bit as well as that’s maybe one less suitor and more competition if bam and Tyler become available

As far as giannis I think it would hurt KD too because KD would be an afterthought
