The funny thing is the Mavs have a skeleton of a very good team

They deserve a good front office to realize the potential

I don't see it....like could they be a playoff team if they were completely healthy? Of course, maybe even a top 6 seed if everything goes right

But this team just lacks creation and guys who can do something with the ball. You need somebody that create not just for themselves but others at a high level

Even if they scrapped Nico and his team and brought in a new front office the new regime would be completely hamstrung and wouldn't be able to make any moves to better because they have no future draft capital or assets to get better


Like if someone put you in charge of this team today and said you can do whatever you want....would you try to make this better or tear it down and trade AD?
