The winner out of the American League and national League all star game used to get home field advantage in the world series regardless of who had the better record of the two teams that made it.

This was my understanding to make the all star game matter. You said they no longer do this to which I asked you what does the winning conference of that game get now to which you said a trip to the world series

Let's try this again. If the winner no longer gets home field advantage as a result of winning the AS game, what do they get now. I'm really trying not to Google as I treat this place like we're at the bar and just shooting the shit
