Hornets can't get right

I liked the new ownership and the hirings they did with the front office and coaching

Made some decent moves around the margins but idk something is still off with this franchise....I guess it is just a LaMelo thing

Like the Wizards just started their rebuild and they've looked horrible at times this season....but you know the direction they're going and the identity they want to have

Charlotte just out here with no real plan

Nah man yall needed to see Lamelo with Brandon Miller for another season…

I stand by that if I was the GM

You need to know and have to have ample data to make a clear decision especially in a market like Charlotte

Not like Brandon Miller was hooping this season before he got hurt either

I always said this was probably going to be the eventual outcome but I thought talent wise Miller, Ball, Williams and Bridges was worth evaluating together

I understand

I didn’t need to see a minute more of bridges/ball on this team

All remnants of the past regime need to be gone

The culture needs to shift and you need to scorch the earth to do that

That’s why it was imperative Melo was moved

It won’t even start to change until then

Word, it's also about the asset play and market too.....if you decide to move Lamelo who even wants him and what are you expecting to get back

The Miles Bridges contract isn't great but it is tradeable, it descending every year

But yeah, become sellers and landing a top 3 pick in this year's draft has to be the objective at this point

Bridges is a nice complimentary piece. Not sure what his career looks like without a facilitator but he would be a really good rotation guy on a team trying to compete for the post season. Just not sure what it would cost cause I know Charlotte ain't just gonna let him go easy

Well let me tell you constant injury and everybody knowing he can’t be your best player and MAYBE not your 2nd best player if you are trying to contend either hurts his value

His game still hasn’t matured

I can see a future where Lamelo is on the Sixers in an Embiid-less world though

He’s iight…

Same class as Saddiq Bey to me
