First time this season I said I rather the Heat win and they actually win.

89-88 game nasty though. Heat fans deserve better.

I know you've been on the trade Lamelo train for awhile and I thought that would be the ultimate end game as well but I still felt like the team and myself needed to see it what a healthy version of this team looked like

Even considering the injuries this team has been a disappointment and hasn't really shown the growth and development that I thought was possible

I say all that to say I'm at that point as well where I think it's time to move on from Lamelo and go in a different direction....this ain't it

You already stink so no need to really bottom out, just make everyone available except Miller and get what you can.....get another top 5 pick to pair with him and see what happens I guess


I really don't know though....Hornets have a very long way to go and don't really have a path to being legit playoff team

Really one of the worst situations in the league and they shouldn't be imo

But keeping lamelo to me is akin to the pelicans keeping Zion where they are stuck in a perpetual cycle of not being good enough to really compete

But people would rather them stay because the alternative is a “graveyard”

Keeping lamelo keeps the same look/culture/era etc the same and you can’t completely turn the page until you do

Move him for assets and build correctly

He’s not good enough that he shouldn’t be traded and you’re not going to bring anybody that can help change things
