2024/2025 NBA Season Thread

Added to Calendar: 10-22-24

Im asking but is this because maybe last season they had Gobert sit in the clutch whereas they don’t this season because Randle can’t be out there with Naz?

I just take it as way too much Julius Randle

They might be better off with Mcdaniels at the 4 and NAW at the 3...idk

Julius Randle is someone who's game I've hated since day 1 and I would never want him on my team so I'm not sure what the fix is for Minnesota other than moving on from him completely

Quite the conundrum because you HAVE to play him

He’s arguably the most talented player on the team overall

But yeah you would have to move him but the good thing is with naz, miller, and that fraud mcdaniels you can afford to move him

It’s not like the wolves are stuck

You're right as long as he's on the roster they're kind of obligated to play him but that's probably not a good thing in the grand scheme of things

I don't know who's giving up value for Randle or what team feels like they need him even with being an expiring contract

I donthink they are stuck to an extent as long he's there

Trade him for Butler on a rental

Both teams lose them in the summer

No harm no foul

Between now and the deadline it should be a good amount of movement...domino's should start falling here pretty soon

Butler
Fox
Lavine
Pelicans
Fox
Cam Johnson
I’m kinda hyperfocused on Fox just from the herro/Bam ties and being a starting PG who’s actually young

He’s the guy I would be upset about not getting

But I just don’t want to see Butler or jaquez here by the ASG

But yeah I think the nuggets are going to try and make something shake because Murray is not reliable anymore

I could actually see the Kings talking themselves into a Butler/Derozan/Sabonis trio and think Jaquez plus draft consideration is a good deal
