That's a wonderful decision by Ratcliffe.

However, how tf did he/INEOS not know that both parties had disparate visions. Everyone knew he's pally with Southgate. Wtf.

Then again, I remember Ratcliffe talking about wanting a English identity in the club, obviously not to the extent Ashworth wanted it to be.
