You won 2 out of 25 challenges and you nor any of the clubs including Utd that were witnesses for City will be able to just funnel money from owners other businesses.

PL are literally amending the rules now.

But if they didn’t. A lot of clubs would benefit, and since City still facing 115 charges they might not benefit for a long time.
