My main issue with him early on was his lack of scoring in 2 point range. Seems like unlike Jabari, he has started to figure things out. Happy for the kid.

So funny that before college, his 3 point shot was the big worry and now the kid is shooting like Ray Allen.

Maybe I’m trying to be edgy or just trying to shake things up but I’m leaning more and more into thinking Amen should not be #3 and it’s because of OTE competition

but at the same time Lamelo was #3 and look who his competition was…idk I guess I’m just doing it for no reason

might also be a out of sight out of mind or recency bias thing happening

Honestly I think that's a very valid and fair conceren, the OTE competition and product is pretty bad

Don't overthink it though

This is him last summer against some better comp

It helps thanks especially that game against Mega and a team from the NBL

I’ll take a more active role in watching him and others at a later time

I think it’s just that I don’t think we should just pencil him at #3 since we started to before the college season even started

but I have to understand he’s currently making a case as to why he’s still considered #3

Love this guy and the way he gets after it.

If he can work on a consistent 15 footer it’s going to take him very far as a high value role player
