Any laborer deserves to get paid thier worth and also have it guaranteed.

Only difference between an NFL Athlete and lets say an Engineer is the money they make. They are both still employees that deserve fair and fully guaranteed compensation based on the market value for their services

Incentibes and bonuses should be there regardless. It just like a “regular job” that gives bonuses on top of your guaranteed salary.
