It's not completely on these niggas that teams draft them, that they were inept with their scouting and don't have the facilities and the right people around to make that shit work for the player.
I mean we're only now seeing Washington kinda look like they're starting to make better business decisions. How many players have came and went through there that would have been better off getting drafted or even having a summer camp invite somewhere else. Same with the kings, Minnesota, New Orleans, Chicago. Some of these organizations are just shit and have wasted mad niggas time and careers. That's why these niggas couldn't stand nick nurse at the end of his time here. Masai and Bobby signing niggas telling em you gonna work on their games and make em better so they can earn and nick down the hall playing guitar. Developing and making KIDS better cause they're fucking KIDS has to be a part of the deal. But some of these organizations and benches are run by shitty men.
