Did you read the tweet? they're firing staff behind this
Admittedly I didn't

I'll go back and read but I think regardless, a shake up was needed and inevitable. Maybe his actions fast tracked them a bit but there's also something to be said about letting someone like Spoon go so she can continue her journey to become a head coach in the WNBA or a top assistant in the NBA and it not be viewed as they firing her over shit Zion did

Just my two pennies

They don’t want to pay him

With Ja, Bane, JJJ, Clarke, etc I can see why

They need to consolidate a bit they draft too good
Yeah they draft very well but their team is slowly being chipped away too much. They never replaced melton and you see how he got busy in philly. Ain't Clarke out for a while? They don't want brooks, ja suspended. They should pay tyus and hope they avoid the play-in

This should come as a surprise but it's really not when you consider the market

No team out there felt Gary Trent was the missing piece or felt he was worth spending money on

Can’t remember how long Clarke is out but Zaire Williams/Laravia/Roddy/konchar is there and I wouldn’t be worried about their team losing pieces as the core is in tact still

That team is going to be costly when bane signs that extension I can’t fault them for getting ahead of it

Steven adams gonna be gone too

I was someone who was high on the Grizz front office very early but the past 1 or 2 they've made some very questionable decisions

I might even go as far to say they might be slightly overrated when it comes to the draft, not saying its been bad....probably an unpopular opinion though

Overrated in what sense?

I feel what @AP2.5 is saying

Kuzma has come a long way, specifically defensively....not good but he's solid and can hold up

Offensively he is still a very inconsistent and below average shooter

Career 33% 3pt shooter......shot 33% last season and it's actually gone down the past two seasons

Average scorer who doesn't do anything else good

Dude had a 27 usage rate and 14% PER

How many of yall would really want Kuzma on your team lol.
